Talent Campus Initiative

A cooperative of artists, banded together through a common approach to image-making, serves as a self-spun safety net for independent filmmakers – a homebase where those involved determine the structure, encourage the exchange of artistic ideas and debate, as well as offer support to their colleagues’ projects, from fundraising to production to distribution.

NEW FILM CO-OPS IN 2008

BTC Launches Co-ops in the Philippines & Zimbabwe

The Berlinale Talent Campus, together with the Goethe-Institut, is proud to support two newly launched Film Co-op initiatives, both of which kicked off on January 1st, 2008. The co-ops are established in Harare, Zimbabwe, founded by Rumbi Katedza, and in Manila, Philippines, by Khavn de la Cruz, both Talent Campus Alumni from 2004.

3rd .MOV International Digital Film Festival: Blind The Eye Of The Storm

MOV International Digital Film Festival, the first digital filmfest in the Philippines which jumpstarted the digital revolution back in 2002, had its third triennial edition last September 30 to October 7, 2008.
