Campus International

The roots of the Berlinale Talent Campus are firmly planted in Berlin, but since 2003, new shoots of the Campus initiative have been sprouting internationally.

These Campus International editions have the familiar structure and purpose of their German counterpart; all the while retaining a regional perspective and finding support and the necessary amenities in a locally based international film festival.

Talent Campus Durban 2010

The 31st Durban International Film Festival (July 22 - August 2, 2010) held the 3rd edition of Talent Campus Durban from July 23 – 27, 2010 under the theme “Focusing on Africa: Unleashing Talent in 2010”.

Sarajevo Talent Campus 2010

80 Up-and-coming filmmakers from South-Eastern Europe participate in the fourth edition of the Talent Campus Sarajevo, which took place from July 25-31, 2010. This year's theme was "Storytelling – From Your Backyard to the World".

Talent Campus Guadalajara 2010

The second edition of the Talent Campus Guadalajara for up-and-coming filmmakers and professionals from Central America and the Caribbean took place from March 11-15, 2010 under the theme “Persuasion and Seduction, The Art of Storytelling”. New this year in Guadalajara: a brand new hands-on training programme for film critics, the Talent Press.

The fifth Talent Campus Buenos Aires took pace from April 10-13, 2010 at Universidad del Cine during the BAFICI (Buenos Aires International Film Festival). The theme was "Documentary Cinema".
