Florina Titz was born in Romania in 1986 and lived there for the most part of her life. In her senior year at the University of Letters in Romania, she wrote and directed "TRIP" - a no-budget guerilla style feature film about the Romanian post-communist lost generation. Florina then moved to the States and got an MFA in Film&Video from the University of Iowa. Currently, she teaches and works at the Pratt Institute in New York and is working on a feature film based off her MFA thesis film, titled MOMO.
